Hey guys-

Ok my A/C will not shut off! I have the digital controls and they are off.

The car starts hard, wants to die out at stops etc. I finally pulled the fuse and it starts much better and does not die off.

So what is goin on here? I will be movin to AZ so I don't want the whole pull the fuse thing to be the answer tot he question.

Oh yeah a bonus piece of info....when I bought the car the A/C only worked (blow cold air) in the defrost setting, and that is how it is currently.

I would start by ohming out the relay for the A/C. It's possible it could be stuck on.

 

could this be a bad IAC valve???? how do I clean it?
