backup lights do not come on

backup lights do not come on

I have a 1990 300zx and the backup lights do not come on. I checked the fuses and the bulbs and they were fine.

There's a reverse switch, maybe on the side of the tranny with a wire coming off of it. Don't know for sure yet. check the online fsm wiring diagram. If no one figures it out, I'll check my fsm tonite.

There are 3 connections on the passenger side of the tranny. One is for backup lights. One is the speed sensor. I'm not sure what the 3rd one is. Check those 3 connections. They could be corroded or possibly they came unplugged.
