5 Speed Swap Opinions

5 Speed Swap
I am ready for the A/T to 5spd swap, I say wait on the whole TT clip idea, at least until i'm a little better financially situated . If anyone has a good final list of parts that would or should be done while this is going on, it'd be much appreciated. I've already got a good idea of what is involved, but if anyone who has done this has any ideas or suggestions, it be a great help.
EDIT: This is what I've come up w/ so far -
Transmission
Transmission Rear Seal
Flywheel (+bolts)
Clutch (+pres. plate & bolts)
Clutch Master Cyl
Clutch Slave Cyl
Clutch Hydraulic Lines
Clutch Pedal
Brake Pedal
Shifter w/ Linkage
Shift Boot (plus additional parts for interior)
And some questions:
Whats up with the Alternator/Transmission wiring harness?
Will I need to change out my driveshaft for a single piece or should it work?
Is there a plate between the flywheel and motor that I will need?
Is there anyone who would be able to help w/ the wiring for the backup lights, etc?
And just to verify, I'm going to need an NA Trans and not a TT Tran. right? *I have an NA*
I think thats it for now, I'm pretty sure this isn't going to be too difficult, and I appreciate any and all help.

fwiw, you might try hitting up some people that did a TT swap and might have the old front clip and an extra tranny laying around collecting dust, like, cough cough, bardabe........ They should have an extra tranny and all of the parts if they went from n/a & 5-speed to TT & 5-speed.
