iam new to this board and iam going to buy a 1993 tt for 5,995. the body and intirior is mint but the engine runs and drivers as if it were running on 3 or 4 cyl. is this a common problem with the twin turbos. i cant chech the spark plugs or do a compression chck cuz this is a dealership and they wouldnt like it if i pull the intake manifolds off. what would be the most common problem.

 

If a dealer is trying to sell you a p.o.s. that runs like $hit, stay away from it. There's plenty of p.o.s.'s that run like $**** out there for less money and probably in better condition. The number of things that can be wrong is closer infinite than any one thing.
