300zx stuck valve, what to do

I recently bought a 1991 300zx that has been sitting since 2012. the guy claimed that it was in perfect running and driving shape when he parked it, but he neglected it until 2018 because he has like 5 other cars, when he started it up last year he noticed a misfire in cylinder 1, and then he just left it until now. I did a compression test on all cylinders, and all were good except cylinder 1, which read 0 psi. I did the exhaust paper test and it does seem to be a stuck valve (that's the only thing I can think it would be). I've fixed the car up and replaced everything that needs replacement and I've just been putting off the valve job. the car starts runs and drives (kinda), cylinder 1 is misfiring so bad that it won't idle and it can barely move without revving the crap out of it. I have done one oil additive that is supposed to free stuck valves but this one seems to be very stuck and the additive had no effect. I have seen videos of people freeing valves with seafoam but they all drive the car for like 30 minutes, which mine is incapable of doing. I am curious about what I can do so that I don't have to take the head off. I am prepared to take the head off I just really don't want too. any suggestions

First let me get going by making proper acquaintance an I might likewise want to say thanks to Nico for making a particularly superb site to talk about our magnificent reasonable woman Z. Second I need to say exposed with me my language a spelling isn't the greatest,least that is the thing that somebody had told me on a comparable structure. At any rate my Z has a miss an I have limited it down to the chamber traveler side nearest to the firewall. While Z is running I took each fitting wire off a there was an adjustment of every one... with the exception of one. (While running) I additionally I put a dollar greenback up to the exhaust on the traveler side... It has a pull in one occasion - *- - *- - *- - You get the image im sure. Additionally flash fittings are fresh out of the box new platinum s. My request is this... The Z had set for quite a while an additionally the circumstance was off track when I previously got it.. It ran yet with no force, the time was on like 4 degrees however it's on 12 at this point.. The force is alot better now obviously however there is as yet that dead chamber.. The module the chamber is firing,I checked it too. It's dark however ..
