Read This for brakes info on Z32, specifically This page For brake pad replacement
and unlike what most places will tell you, you do not have to remove the caliper to replace pads.

backwards squeal

the Z i bought came with "new high end" brake pads, but they skreetch bad in reverse!!!!
forward... no problems, but as soon as i try to back out of a space or go in reverse and slightly touch them...ssccrrettthh! It is embarrassing. the dealer said it would always be like that unless i switched back to crappy brake pads?!

..... but generally, you should remove the calipers and then the rotors and have the rotors turned. That way the nice new pads will be riding on nice new rotor surfaces.

I may be wrong, but isnt this because they need the same break in in reverse as they do for forward gears?
