As many of you know, I'll be installing the pollished upper plenum on my Z. I want my TB's to match. What should I use?

 

take them to a polish place...dunno
get your linkage pollished too

 

Instead of doing that, you could get some bored out throttlers. I know uniqueautosports sells 53mm and 55mm ones. The come all pre-assembled and are POLISHED. I dunno how much the power gains would be, but its somethin i found after readin this post.
I don't think polishing aluminum is that hard, I ll research it. But it may be worth it do most of the work yourself.

 

I think border has a 60mm kit, but I don't think it's wirht the $. I don't think even the seat of the pants dyno would notice that mod.

 

Try jewelers rouge, that's what we used to use to polish the heads and other aluminum parts on bikes.
