Taking off Nose Panel Between HeadLights

Just bought a 93 300zx and am having trouble getting off the nose center panel. Can someone diagram where the screws are holding it down I see where two are but would I have to take off the front bumper to get to the 2nd set of screws?

I was only taking out the outer bolts, Hey do you know how much horsepower a better intake would add, only like 5-15 right?

There are four bolts. Two on the plastic and two holding the metal bracket towards the center of the panel. Then there are for rubber grommets holding the lower part in, so you have to wiggle the panel out.
