Remove Moisture From Ur Headlights

How do i remove the frost from my head lights.. i ran my car today and had the lowbeams on and i guess when i changed the bulbs to the piaas 2 weeks ago i must have let some moisture get into the headlights... what do i do now?

won't that let dust in and any other debrie in the air? I have some dust or whatever is in there i d like to clean it .. what do i have to do to take the headlight assemblys off.. and is there any write ups for cleanin these pigs
