Well, i didnt think it would happen, but tonight i got pulled over for not having a front liscense plate (damn texas!!!) but the cop was nice and gave me a warning and just told me to put one on. But here is my problem, it looks really crappy!!! Do any of yall have any suggestions on alternate ways to do this, like i remember seeing a thread about euro liscense plates, if they are available or something... anyway, if anyone has any suggestions on what they have seen or done, that would be awesome!! thanx

 

I took mine off after I bought the car. If I get a ticket for it, I put it on, get the ticket signed off, and then take it back off.

my car dosent even have the holes to mount a license plate in front!!!

 

mine didnt have the bracket to mount it. if you look inside the stock bumper you can see where theres a place to mount the bracket that you can get from a dealership, i rigged one up at home cuz i got tired of being stopped a few times a week cuz of it. now that i wrecked it and gotit fixed the jdm bumper has a place to put it and its not all that bad.

 

yea, i wanna get the JDM bumper sooo bad!!! im goin to get it and the JDM wing when i decide to paint my car....

 

Thats te reason i havent bought a JDM cause i dont feel like paying another 100-150 to get the liscnese plate mount shaved off

 

Here's how mine is mounted. Out here in Japan they sell these tilter kits all over the place.
