So it seams my Heat works.. but the Air Blower decides to come on when it wants..

How can I fix this issue.. i need to test weather there is a short or if i need to replace the blower..

I have the same problem. When i first test drove my car, i turned the A/C on and nothing happened. I looked over at the previous owner who was riding in the passenger seat, and he just looked at me and gave a solid hit to the upper right corner of the shifting console (straight in front of the emergency break, almost where the console meets with black stereo panel). As soon as he gave it a solid hit in that spot the A/C started bowing full blast. i don't know what exactly is wrong with it, but if you give it the right hit in that spot, it should cut the blower on.
