does any one know what the hell this is? it cant be a second odometer becuase the numbers were way different from my odometer its right above the odometer (the thing i circled)

they're called gears. that's what turns the little numbers.

 

i know what gears are i mean the row of numbers above the odometer, u cant see them when the cluster is fully assembled and its turned by the same gears as the odometer at first i thought it could of been a secondary but it cant be becuase its only 5 digits long and the numbers were completely different from the odometer. thanks agian man

Well well.... look at you petty school girls fighting out as if you were fighting over a boy. I've looked at your picture, and I honestly don't know what it is... but I would guess, now this is a gues... that Nissan installed that on a mechanical level to keep your true mileage after you've rolled over all the digits on the odometer. This could be wrong... but that's my best guess... But, if It wasn't part of the visible cluster, and is hidden by the guage panel. I wouldn't be too concerned about it, but I do understand your curiousity... I'll look around and see what I can find out about it.
