Oil restrictor

So i got a t3/t4 turbo from a friend an i checked it for shaft play on it seems ok checked the blades on both sides an they seem in good shape. An i want to install it but i heard that i would need an oil restrictor to not blow the oil seals on the turbo or is the oil pressure of the z31 good to not run restrictor on the turbo

If it is a aftermarket T3 or t3/t4 make sure you oil line feed fit properly if so you won't need a restrictor cuz this part already got a restrictor build in it. usually a restrictor is use when a NA engine is converted to turbo since originally didn't came with one, or in case you upgrade the turbo, like say: instead of using a regular t3 or t3/t4, you use the t3/t04b or T04E or bigger size which the original Z31 oil feed line won't fit properly due to housing of the compressor will be in the way you will have to use a after market oil line and then use an aftermarket restrictor
