Question Need help with Vacuum system tubing

Howzit fellow Z members, I'm a new Z owner and member to this forum. I just picked up a 89 300zx turbo manual w/ t top. One of the problems the original owner told me needed to be taken care of was the vacuum leaks. There are 100's of tubing that are all over the engine, I just don't know where to begin other than replacing all tubing that I can get to. I might just take it in for service, but I don't want to take it to the dealer, I don't care for dealer service techs, I'd much rather prefer a local contact for servicing and or helping me work on Z. The original owner also said the A/C is sometimes warm because of the vacuum leaks. I'd appreciate any advice or help out there. Mahalo, and keep on ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZing!!!!!!!

ZenArcher,
Mahalo nui loa for the info, I really like the way the tubing is highlighted for easy reference. The Z is original Black paint with Black Z rims, it has Grey leather Recaro seats and a fully digital dash. The previous owner said it was top of the line for the year. I'll attache some pictures as soon as I'm able to take some.
