Inline or in tank fuel pump?

Inline or in tank fuel pump? ... I probably ask this before, but wouldn't it be easier to use an inline fuel pump than do the in the tank pump swap ... the in tank swap looks pretty straight forward and not to hard but I but it will take a good day to do and have some pain in the *** moments along the way ... so is there a reason everyone seems to go the in tank route when you could just splice in a inline fuel pump that would take about 20 minutes to do ... walboro makes the same 255lph pump that costs about the same for in-line install so why don't people do that way ... just curious?

Cool in tank or in-line pump

well u could put a inline pump in but u gotta think you'd be drawing fuel through the original in-tank pump and filter. wich it's self would restrict the overall fuel getting deliverd. so youd be wasting your money really unless you took the original in-tank pump out. so eigher way you should take the in-tank pump out. personally i would replace the in-tank pump with another but better in-tank pump.
there better if your drifting or doing track work. as they pick up from the centre pretty much.
where as in-lines normally pick up from the lowest piont from the front of the tank wich in some cases can surge and cause air pockets in the line. and thats not cool.
later bro
