Just kind of want to see how many miles some of you have on your z31, I got approx. 156,000 on my 87'. My engine still hums real smooth and havn't ever seen one drop leak. Also if any of you know the average one will last if taken care of properly.

 

only a couple of the z31's I've had where under 200k miles. I would say an average motor that isn't beat on to much and is properly cared for should go 3-400k.

 

i've got just over 190k on my 87 turbo. from what i hear close to 300k if taken care of like other guy said

 

On my 1985 I have 178,836 miles. I am the second owner. My Z runs happy, I only drive it on weekends.

 

255,558. and.. it doesnt run.. its my first z and i cant get it running lol.

 

97000 miles (156000km) on my 87NA. Just a baby!

 

She had 235k on the factory turbo engine when I spun a rod bearing...........knock knock knock.

 

used to be one of hoovs old cars but my 88 turbo has 218,xxx on it and still runs good no problems.

 

198k on my 86 non turbo runs mint

 

323xxx km on my z turbo seals are done but motor is still not burning any oil

 

220k, one complete rebuild, two head gaskets. Still not dead yet
