Help transmission fuse keeps blowing
Hello all, I'm having a stubborn fuse that keeps blowing and I can't figure it out.
It's an 86 Turbo automatic and the A/T control fuse instantly pops. I'm unfamiliar with the z platform but I am familiar with wiring and such.
So my transmission works well in but I'm not getting either lockup or OD. It's hard to tell which one it is since my tach is dead. My OD button on the shifter doesn't seem to kick it out of anything. The OD button light is also non functional.
Ive downloaded the FSM and gone through as much as I can but I haven't been able to find the short. When I probe the fuse out, I get a path to ground of about 1 megaohm. When the key is on, I see around 0.30v being fed into the circuit.
Disconnecting the A/T computer in the back does not change the short nor does removing the A/T relay. It's also still present when I disconnect the two harnesses that connect to the transmissions various solenoids.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The brown wire in the fuse box is the one with the path to ground.
