Ecu

I bought an 85 300zxt. I am planning on putting this engine in my 84 300zx non turbo. The non turbo is five speed and the turbo is automatic. When I get to the point where I have to swap the ECU, will any problems arise because of the ECU coming from an automatic car into a five speed?

i think there might be a few problems and more work than just swapping the ECU. like harness swaps, not using a turbo tranny. (not a problem just a loss in durability) and so on. other wise if they are anything like our cars there's barely a difference in ECU's between turbo and NA ecu's
