My BOV seems to either be opening at 10psi or its always open. I've been turning the adjusting screw to try and set it but it always opens at 10. When I'm driving hard the car boosts up to 12psi like its supposed to but after a few seconds it drops to 10psi.

I have a couple of pictures of where I have the vaccumm line plugged into, but I am not sure how to post a picture.
It is plugged into the hooked nipple near the firewall.
