I'm a fan of just putting a big spring on the wastegate arm and seeing what happens....

Manual boost controller? Yeah... spend the extra bucks on an electronic boost controller to protect your motor, and enjoy the ease of changing boost levels while driving.

Whats wrong with that? I had a big spring on my turbo conversion diesel pup and it never went over 5psi. I wanted more so I increased the spring pressure and it went up to 10psi....
