so to start off my engine runs and idles perfectly well but as soon as my turbo kicks in it runs like ****. for the first 5 or so minutes it runs perfectly normal though boost is great. as soon as my car warms up when you hit full boost it starts to flutter and seems like it is blowing off all the boost pressure while your trying to accelerate. any one know what this could be??

This might be a stupid question, but could it be your pop off valve? Idk why it would run normal for the first 5 min, or what the fluttering would be. But with mine it has a HKS EVC boost controller hooked up, but it's not picking up boost and of course not regulating boost. So the previous owners had just set the POV to open at 13 psi, so once I hit 13 the valve just opens and dumps rest of the pressure to atmosphere. Once it hits that pressure there is a very loud hissing sound, to say the least, from under the hood. It runs super rich and starts backfiring under full boost. I have just been to busy fixing everything else and haven't got to my boost controller yet.

so i did find out the problem and fixed it just for anyone that was wondering it was my internal waste gate. it would open and then freeze partially open and so it would allow all of my boost pressure just recirculate and not actually put any of it into my motor. fixed and now it runs gread
