Howdy! I've been raking through the Search function, here, google, facebook, where ever I can find something related to the issue at hand.

1986 GLL M/T Just wouldn't start one day, had to push off. Starter CLICKS when trying to start, shaft goes forward but doesn't turn starter, here's what I've done so far.

replaced battery, cables to starter, cleaned and even jumped the power wire (Fat Yellow Wire) to starter, replaced the starter, checked all the fusibile links, tried the old starter, new starter, took the fuse out for the theft system, tried back and forth fuse no fuse, tried to follow the diag tree in the FSM for the theft system, took the clutch switch out, but this is switch is just for the cruise control somehow? Replaced the ignition switch, same result. Either way working on this for a few months now, still just no progress at all.

The only thing that starts the car at this time is a "Lone Wolf Switch" (Just a button with two wires) Jumping from the posi post on the battery to the post on the starter that spins the motor over, turning and holding the key at the same time I press this button.
