Should I buy wheels and tires first or suspension. I want to get the best fitment I can, this is going to be a stance car. Also can I get good fitment on lowering springs or should I just get coilovers.

 

To me suspension should be a priority. Shocks/struts, springs, stabilizer bars.

Someone smarter than me can speak to coilovers.

Also make sure everything is functional and properly maintained. Tires, bushings, alignment, brakes, fluids and such.

In my opinion... ...most of the wheels people put on their cars are angular momentum mistakes.
