What the hell!?
Just recently I put a new fuel sending unit and apparently the fuel gauge still shows, Empty gas tank if its nearly full. I have checked the part and all the wires are intact, what else could it be?

Have you checked the ohm output on the fuel sending unit? Have you recently removed the dash?
