I recently posted regarding this problem.
the car starts fine when cold and starts fine when hot if restarted withing 5mins.
when it has trouble starting you can hear a funny noise from the fuel pump when it priming, almost like its rattling around in the tank or as if im out of fuel? if it primes normally then the car will start fine?

any ideas guys? ive read through my haynes manual and im thinking it might be the fuel temperature sender but it says that you can not buy just the sensor?

im in the UK and its very difficult to get parts for these cars over here, theres only about 10 of these left that are legal on the UK roads!
