Rocker arm and lifters

Need some input from the experts. ...I habe a 1984 300zx turbo z31 50th Anniversary Edition and I recently removed the valve covers, removed the rocker arms and lifters to give them a thorough cleaning....now I'm in the process of putting everything back and I have a couple of concerns....do I ned to gap the valve stem seal to the rocker arm? I understand there is an intake side (top) and exhaust side (bottom)...the FSM does not say anything on re installing...What is the torque for the retaining bolts? The FSM is not very clear on installation.....any help would be greatly appreciated.

Gap them to the valve stem seal? Think you mean to the valve ....no they are hydraulic
usually have to look at the specs section on torque , you pulled the cam stands ?

No....I did not pull the cam....I bled the lifters individually for oil, lubed them and the camshaft and installed them. Getting ready to re install the rocker arms.
