Personally, I hate the way they look. Usually too hard to wash underneath. Flex too much. Fade too easily, etc. Depending on your state, I'd just limo tint the back windows. Unless you do a lot of driving backwards at night, This is essentially the same thing. Don't go cheap on this. Get it professionally done, and get a lifetime warranty. That way, if it ever discolors, fades, peels up, or bubbles, you get new tint for free (and you wouldn't want to have to redo the back window). I had both my cars done for $140 each. Including the front strip on the windshield. Everyone I've talked to says get 3M or Lumar (sp?), anything else is crap. Look up local laws on the tintability levels of your state.
Like I said earlier, it does make it a little harder to see out the back window at night, but you'll still see those pesky blue and red lights if they're behind you.
