everytime I'm above 4,000 Rpms or I downshift to high Rpms or floor it to high Rpms it makes a rattling noise. Sounds almost like lifter but when I got under the hood and gave it throttle from the throttle body it sounded perfect.

 

Are you sure the sound is from the engine bay? Exhaust system is a common culprit for weird vibes.
