quick rev question

quick rev question

i know it sounds kind of dumb but does an 86 na redline at 6000 or can i push it all the way to 7 or 8000 rpm i though i should ask before i go and try it out and blow my engine?

The car was designed to rev at 10,000 no problem.

Well how high will it let me rev because it says 8000 but I don't want to blow my engine but the other day I took off in 1st and as soon as it passed 6000 rpm it gave me a huge boost
