Pulling 88 Turbo from storage - timing belt question

I've got a 1988 300ZX Turbo that I'll soon be pulling out of storage and be driving on occasion.

My question is regarding the timing belt.
It was last changed in 2003 - when the car had 100,000 miles. Car now has 117,000 miles. I'm thinking when I pull it out of storage, I should immediately get the belt changed, due to it's old age.

Your thoughts would be appreciated!

thanks!

In the owners manual for both the Z32 and the Z31 the interval is only mileage based for the timing belt. I'd always heard 60k or 48 months, but I don't see the months part for either car.

Mine had been stored and used rarely for a long time. As I started driving it regularly all of the seals in the front of the engine started leaking. So I changed the belt, water pump, tensioners, seals and all the rest. You may find you run into a similar issue with oil leaks.

Long winded way of saying: Yeah, not a bad idea to go ahead and do the timing belt and all the associated items right off.
