So I tried looking on the forums for this, however my searching foo may not have been that great.

Anyway I have a Z31 and I just got a rebuilt VG30E. I would like to get a better/new oil pan and I found one for a Z32. I just don't know if their compatible. EP Racing 8qt Pro Outlaw Racing Oil Pan - 90-96 Nissan 300ZX Z32

It says Z32 90-96, but I know a lot of parts are actually compatible. Does anyone know If I can use this oil pan for my Z31?

The difference is in the front cross member between the two generations to accommodate a front sump pan on the Z32 vs a rear sump pan on a Z31.
