Hello.

I found this forum when doing some research on a car that I am going to look at tonight.

I was wondering if anybody here might be able to give me an estimate about how much they think this car is worth. The owner has it listed for $3000, which isn't bad, but it's NA (I think 2+2), doesn't have a working AC, doesn't have working high beams, and has 138k miles. It's a great looking Z, has a pretty clean interior (although there are no photos of engine bay), and is supposed to be mechanically sound. The owner said she is the second person to own this vehicle, but doesn't know if the timing belt has been replaced.

From what little research I have done already, it seems like it might be worth a little closer to 2300 - 2600.

Any thoughts?

Hopefully I'll be able to join you guys in full force soon. I love the community feel among Z owners.

i agree with your price. offer him 2k then go up a little

 

It says it needs work. Depending on what kind of work, it might be worth a lot less. Looks to be in good shape, though.
