New Jack Help

Hello to all!! I was wondering what kinda HP can u get out of a 87 300zx Turbo Automatic??? I have K&N filter CM 3" muffler no cat Ape boost controller @9.6lbs HP is 176hp is 198Tq. No intercooler stock =162hp 184tq Is this a good start

Your limiting factor is the crappy Z31 automatic. They will not handle much more than stock power for very long especially if there are very many mile on it. I've owned three turbo auto's. The first one went through two rebuilds before I sold it. The next two I had a level 10 modification (see link) done along with a quality rebuild. Cost was about $1700 for the rebuild, the mod was included in the rebuild cost. It's like a shift kit mod on GM auto trans. Fast, firm shift's with a little more durability.

Thx for your input . I call Level 10 and they pointed me in the right direction.
