it should be something like X1234. The number is also on the driver side lock cylinder and/or the hatch cylinder. fairly easy to get at the hatch if I remember correctly.

 

what year is it. that is a pretty fancy tag. all the ones I have ever seen are just a plain white tag with a handwritten number on it. no mention of door and ign. actually all the doors and ignition are the same on all my z's

 

Just take the ignition cylinder down to a lockshop.

 

It's a 84 right of the boat. lol. I'm not sure why the tag is so fancy or anything, all the locks and ing are one key. I guess I will be taking the ing switch out today. here she is. and there are more on my FB page here. Facebook
