On behalf of the webmaster, I'd like to offer appologies for the fact that in some of the forums, on this site, you can post images, while in other catagories (such as this one), the [IMG] code is off. There is no rhyme nor reason for this condition, and albeit aggravating, it isn't likely to be fixed.

Unfortunately, the site went through a change in formats a couple of months ago,and most of the interesting members were dispersed to other z forums by an over zealous moderator. Some of us stop by occasionaly to make sure our photos are still being hosted, cruise the z31 section for old times sake, and then go on to our usual z hangouts.

Good luck with your new z and if you keep it long enough, I'll see your postings somewhere, I'm sure.

 

make sure the timing belts been changed. if not, have it done(or be prepared to put a new engine in if it breaks). and the waterpump, thermostate, and if its having cold running problems, change the Cylinder Heat Temp Sensor and its subharness during all this too. if you are getting like 12mpg, try the usual tune up stuff, and a new 02 sensor might help to. it gave me a extra 5mpg after I changed it.

yes, this is mostly just a occasional stop for most Z31 owners. I use Zcar.com. the guys who know the cars in and out there are pretty much jerks but usually you can ge tthe info you need out of them in between them calling you a idiot.
