i have an 85 z and i'm wondering if the fuel injectors from an 89 maxima will fit and work in it. the engines are supposedly the same.

I dont think the injectors are the same. I used to work at Advance Auto parts and i tried looking up Injectors for My Z and crossed them with Maxima injectors and they were different part numbers. Also depends if you have Turbo or non turbo.
