Hi there my name is Jorge and this will be my restoration/build thread for my recently acquired 1984 Datsun 300zx.
I am new to this forum but not to the forum game so I hope to learn and be able to get involved in the Z community.

A little history about myself, I had my first 300zx was also an '84 on my senior year of high school it was in very rough shape but was tons of fun and super strong engine for 200+ miles. I eventually sold it went through 17 different cars after that and i picked up this one.

About this car is an '84 white in very good condition body wise, its an N/A automatic with few mods and unmolested in most areas. I got it from a guy in Pheonix and he also sold me a manual transmission from a turbo 300zx.

You got your factory service manual and other cool docs from XenonZ31 Reference , yes? The FSM and fiche are serious value. Welcome again and thanks for the future thread!

Do us all a favor and write down the wheel offset and width of those xxr/sportmax wheels. whey look great... looking to get a set myself just need to know where to start as far as offset goes.
