Fuel Pump runs when car turned off

1986 auto N/A
Hey guys I noticed the other day I turned off the car and heard the fuel pump continue to run for about ten seconds. This happens often not sure why. Other than that the car seem to run great , there is no smell of gas.
I don't have a fuel pressure gauge so I was hoping for so ideas on the issue

I'd verify it is the fuel pump before you go crazy. Radio Antena going down. Injector cooling fan running. either way SO WHAT. fuel pump running won't cause any problems.
