I was driving my AE when all the sudden it started missing under load.. My temp was all the way up and when I drive the gauge jumps all over with no rhyme or reason... Checked coolant and it's ok but funny thing is if I turn the engine off but key on it reads the correct temp... Also my voltage gauge is kinda jumpy.. But not as extreme as the temp.. Unplugged the maf and it dies.. Tps is good and it is hard to start at any temp.. It's not picky.. It drove fine this morning good temp and and power.. Just an added note, the alternator doesn't charge unless I rev it.. Recently took it off and my local battery specialist ok'ed it.. He said it had symptoms of bad brushes... I put it back on making sure all connections were snug.. Still same problem.. But the car idles flawlessly.. Just shows the temp gauge at 250ish.. But again engine off it shows 180ish..

Well I just took it down the road and it's like if I press the gas it doesn't even bog down it just like dies but gets like sudden jolts of power and If I let of the gas and push in the clutch it will still idle fine

 

No start now... I was messing around and I found the chts turns freely.. Like its threaded in tight but the actual sensor parts turns if you touch it. I'm assuming that its not supposed to do that..

 

Yeah. U should thread it in all the way. Also, check ur cas.
