Ok New race. lol I have a 1987 300ZX Turbo. it;s all stock exept for teh Apex'i Exhaust. and a JDM motor. everithign else is pretty much stock.

My brother claims his 99' Civic Si can beat it. the only mod he has is DC headers and Exhaust.

waht do you guys think cna I beat him? or what lil tricks can I do before the race on Friday night?

well. it;s an Si. eh it;s kinda quick. btu I haven't drove that Z in liek 3 years How can I up the boost it;s bone stock. so yeah IO pretty much wanna make it run to factory specs minimum. I'm gutting it, Slapping on my Z32 OEM wheels. gutting my cat converter. and hwo to make a manual boost controler.

 

I still wouldnt be all to worried about a civic and i dont even have a turbo, lol.

 

Civic Si Can be a quick little car even with a a few minor mods... Ya never know just how quick though until you try and take one on. I wouldn't be shocked to see a lightly modded Si (depending on year) wipe out a Z31T.

they are very simple to make... but in my opinion, the redneck way of "up'ing the boost." Why not do it right & get an EBC ?

check it... I made one that looked just like this (just different valve handle). I used it on a spare 280zxt. Final cost: $2.29
