Air vents only work in cold weather
Ok i own an 85 Na model with the auto climate. The system is being very odd and air only comes out the regular vents when it is colder outside(65°f or below). It seems if the temp outside is hotter than that hot air will proceed to blast thru the defrost vents which seems common in these cars. Any advice why this weird situation would be happening would help a ton! Thanks!

check the vacuum lines ,
vac switcheroo valve ,stuck actuator , power to them a stuck door itself , no heat if the temp is below ,55? The hc coolant needs to come up for the blower to operate, the blend door has a stout return spring so it takes everything , in top shape ,etc...etc
