87 300zx turbo NEED ADAPTRONIC BASEMAP!!

hi all! So I have an 87 300zx turbo with an adaptronics 440 ecu, agp gt40, 1000cc injectors, bigger fuel pump, tial 38mm wastegate, fuel pressure regulator, 2 1/2 intercooler piping with a mishimoto intercooler and radiator. So the car was running pretty good a little while ago and something happened to the trigger settings and now it just doesn't want to start and when it does it runs sooooo rough! I just did a timing belt job and everything was all lined up perfect and it still runs the same as before. Some please help!!

how rich is it running ?
if it doesnt /cant turn down the milsec on the injection it will run rich and foul the irridium type spark plugs if it cranks more than 7 sec and not firing ,best to unplug the injectors

the plugs were real black and dry. I'd clean them with a wire brush and retry did it a lot. Now I found my old "was working before" .ecu file and uploaded it to my ecu and now I got the car to idle pretty steady but bogs real bad when I give it any gas. I have a log of my car running for a minute and giving it a little gas. Says 17 afr the whole time that's not good so idk if I'm just running to lean at the moment

Yes live data is what you need , but pre obd or OBD1, it is tough, even at a dealer
you have a aftermarket FI ECU ?
it was working good but not now?
The platinum style plugs foul and must replace , sure the CC isnt plugged ?
