Question what kinda rims for a 300?

hey there, im pretty bored right now, so I'm gonna ask a few questions, I'm probably gonna get a job during the summer(only one more day of school left!) which means money, and money means stuff for the z, and I've decided I wanna replace the stock wheels, ( I asked something like this a while back and someone said something about polishing the stockers, and that seemed like a good idea, but I dunno, thanks anyways whoever that was) but I was wondering what you all had on your z's and what you guys think would look good on them, anyone have any pics of their z's with a nice set of rims?

And does anyone have any suggestions as to what would seem right on a z? i was lookin at motegi rt5 i believe but some people think it just wouldnt look right on the car, i dunno though

and if i jus totally confused you with that rambling paragraph, what I think im asking is 1)what kinda rims have you guys got on your z right now 2)what do you think would look good on an old z and 3)have you got any pics??

well, I have an '84 na, decent lookin I guess, it has 4 lug wheels.. too lazy to swap 5 lugs onto it. I sorta like those 350 wheels on it, but it's not really somethin I would wanna do to my car. I dunno . anyone have any other rims on an old 300? preferably someone wityh 4 lug wheels, what do you think of motegi rt5 rims? I sorta like them, but a few people think it doesnt really fit the car too well

did you have to modify anything to get them to fit?
i.e. spacers or longer studs.

by the way, looks damn good!

Yes, I use 1.25" adapters up front & 1" adapters in the rear.

all in good time bro, all in good time. I plan on fixing the body within the next 2 weeks and buying the rims after winter. With temperatures getting below 0 and snow covered roads, rims and tires would be a bad idea right now.

I just bought these zaubers for the z31 18x9.5 rear and 18 x 8 fronts cost a pretty penny too, wheels are made in accordance with enkei (rays engineering makes them) so there very good quality, they're titanium inserts (3 piece) and weight around 500 grams each.

If you spent that much on wheels, I hope you got the proper offsets.

You need to know me better i dont pay full price for anything, got them for 800 AUS dollars and the offset is +38 front and rear, there in japan at the moment getting shipped in 2 weeks, i was told that the offset on the z31 is +31 (same as skyline) so they should go on with a small spacer plate right?
