Welcome to ZDriver!!!

Maybe we could narrow down your question? What specific suspension parts are you talking about? Struts? Springs? Bushings? Bearings? Bolts? Nuts?

Eibach, Tein, KYB, Tokico, etc etc etc...

Lots of Z web sites (including this one) have areas dedicated to suspension upgrades. You can do a search on this site & find lots of cool info. Like this: https://www.zdriver.com/forums/showt...hlight=upgrade

or check out www.thezstore.com or www.blackdragonauto.com or www.courtesyparts.com or www.redz31.com or www.az-zbum.com or www.xenonz31.com

^^^ all good sites w/ info on suspension parts / upgrades.

And what do you mean by that?

There are many shocks, springs, and Struts available. All the bushings are available in Poly.

MSA and Blackdragon also have rear and front swaybars for the Z31

No you wont find coilovers or anything like that.

See this page for bushing replacement

MSA and blackdragon dont sell sway bars for the z31 anymore. there are like four people who make a very small assortment of springs. and there are what three different choices for adjustable shocks?

Yes there is not a big aftermarket for the Z31 but look below.

Swaybars

Motorsport Automotive (available):
Front - 25.4mm (1")
Rear - 25.4mm (1")
Ends - Pogo Front, 90-degree ball joint rear

------------------------------------------------------------------------
Addco (Available):
Front - 25.4mm (1")
Rear - 25.4mm (1")
Ends - ?

MSA Z31 performance Swaybar

It's funny how it's on their site?

http://www.blackdragonauto.com/icatalog/z/t.asp?page=46
Black dragon's 1" rear Swaybar

For springs you have Eibach, Suspension Techniques, Tokico, Jason's at z31performance, and a few others. And this doesn't even get into the stock springs that are available for upgrading non turbos to turbo springs. The Best stock springs are the 88ss front and rear but the 87 turbos are about the same.

Shocks you have Tokico, KYB, Koni, and others as well.

weird, when i typed in z31 sway bar kit all i got was bushings. eibach doesnt make any springs for the z31 currently and ST no longer makes anything for the z31. and for the amount of work and money involved with getting a set of 88ss springs that are still usable outweigh what you could have a spring company make you.

Eibach still makes springs I just checked on them the other day $200 from Zstore and suspension isn't that bad if you really want to upgrade everything your looking at about spending 1200 bucks though for good upgrades. I have been looking into the same stuff lately. adjustable shocks/struts tokico makes the Illumina's which are a five way adjustable that you just have to use a screw driver to change.

Its not hard to find parts for our cars you just have to know where to look spend some time and just go through the web site and look around for stuff. Pretty much every question you have has already been asked and answered on here.

Have fun tuning

do you undertstand how a business works? a business doesnt act like the middle man in a sense, you see when you buy something from thezstore they dont put in a order at eibach for a set of springs, they have whats referred to as an inventory, now a company may no longer make them or the company may no longer exist, but with a large enough inventory you can still offer the parts as long as there is still an inventory of them. do we understand the term inventory?

i searched the eibach site, they dont list the Z31 anymore. so hoov could be right in his argument, but at the same time, if msa still offers them, then they are still available to this guy, so thats where hoov is also wrong. lose lose for the both of yah i guess.

NOS means New Old Stock. Not Nissan Stock

A vendor such as MSA usually buys the old Factory stock that Nissan will not carry any longer.

I checked the eibach page also they do not offer them any more. And I know the inventory thing. Thanks I'm not stupid I'm just saying there is places that he could still possible get them new.

There is no reason discuss the way a company works on here. If people want to know that they can go through college.

Basicly for the most part search the internet for stuff. You can always find something if you look hard enough!

I still feel that (just as snw said) if it is for sale, where you can still buy it... you can still buy it - which is what this guy is wanting.

I doubt he cares if it's still made as long as he can buy one and install it in his car.

Essentially, I feel this argument is ridiculous.

My whole point is is the part available at all.

even though EIBACH may not stil make them it doesn't mean MSA does not have stock.

Also the EIBACH spings Suck. I'd go with Jasons Z3P Springs over the EIBACH anyday.
