so something is telling me that my 86 300z has a 4 lug bolt pattern. the PO had put BASIC aftermarket rims on. I just got the stock rims which i like a lot better, from an 87 300z. Those rims are a 5 bolt pattern. I am going to look at the car in the morning. Is there a way to change from the 4 bolt to a 5 bolt wheel? I can if needed, rape more parts from the car in the yard.

are you a moron or just pulling our chain. First you say you have 90 Z32. But oh wait it really isn't a 90 it is an 89. then you claim to have an 86 z31 with four lug wheels. not true pilgrim. 84 85 na had four lug wheel. in 86 all z31 had five lug wheels. the turbo wheels were different but n/a and turbo were five lug wheels.

Your two posts make no sense except maybe posted by a kid that learned how a computer works

 

Yes, thank you for that quick insult to a new user to the forum. Obviously I must be a moron and or a kid who is using the marvelous magical device called a computer for the first time, since i was asking other users here for some advice, or to confirm what I think is on my car. So, I own an 86 300zx, the one in the junkyard is an 87 but was labeled as an 90 300zx. Upon reading the vin I realized it is an 87 not an 90 300zx. So now that everyone is caught up on my poorly worded previous posts. I have realized what I suspected and will be doing a lug conversion at some point in the future, while i am doing the maintenance that you have recommended to the other users you didn't insult.

 

I guess a person forgets that at some point in his existance, he didn't know any more than the person he is criticizing! It is sad that people feel better after stealing anothers personal energy by making them feel smaller. Let us treat people with respect please.
