Im never in the Z31 forums but I have a quick question. Does anyone happen to know the dimensions of the Hood Scoop that came on some Z31's?? My friend is buying one for his MK2 Golf and just wanted to know.

Hey Rob, Skully might know that info too. He put a Z31 scoop on his 280zx.

Ya, I was thinking of doing that on my car too. Im not a huge fan of hood scoops but i really the ones of the Z31. My friend just picked up an 87' GTI with a 2.0 Crossflow in it for $600. He wants to put it over the intake on the passengers side, I think itll look good.

So, Skully are you putting one on you r car? Anyways thanks for atlest trying to help.

 

not a z31 scoop, I was going to put it over where the turbo is but it looked so damn odd being on one side..i think its because of the hump...

 

And all this time I thought it was a Z31 scoop

 

I forgot all about that hump in the midddle, ya that would look funny. But yours looks awesome!
