I've seen articles and pictures of rear interior louvers...like 2 metal bars as racks the height of the back window with what look like vintage blinds on them. Anyone come across something like this or know where to get them? I don't want exterior louvers as those are a little too aggressive and "mad max" for me. Thanks.

Thank you very much FlyingT...I swear I Googled everything but apparently I missed some keywords. These are exactly what I was looking for.

 

If possible, you might want to try out interior window louvers before you buy them. I suspect they’re noisy. Every time you drive over a bump in the road, they’re going to rattle.
