your tires

What kind of tires do you guys have on your 280zx? I'm thinking of doing some tire shopping and can't decide what i should get. Budget is always a concern, but i want something good for the summers as that's the most time it will be driven. Any ideas?

I have some worn down BFGoodrich at them moment...

Don't know what size you're running, but I would go with the Falken Azenis if you're only driving it in the summer and don't drive alot in the rain. You won't find a better tire for the money...thats was the most used tire at Solo2 nationals last year for the STS guys.

Can you go up to a 225 on those ol 15" swatztica (??) rims w/o rubbing the shocks? Or would you recomend something smaller?

DUNLOP!

Try a set of dunlop's!!! They are really good tires for the cash. I use dunlop tires and I race the curves pretty regular.Try a set of negotiaters(dunlop) They are good tires, cheap to.hehe. If you like those you can move up to better dunlop's, but they should handel what you dish out.
