Did they all let loose, or just one? And were you using a stock gasket or metal?

stock gasket, 2 are screwed i didnt wanna take chances with the rest, I have a gut feeling more will strip out...so ill probably helicoil all of them since i have everything apart still...ill also get my torque wrench checked again to make sure.

definitely get your wrench checked for calibration. Sounds odd that you'd strip out the iron block on two different studs at 60lb/ft. The block wasn't rusted was it???

When you take the block to the machine shop go ahead and ask them where they get their stuff calibrated. Considering the precision work they do at machine shops you'd think they'd have their equipment calibrated often and would most likely have a good place to recommend (thats if they cant do it themselves).
