Oh man, how did that happen?

I had a spare one laying around but I just got rid of it with a big pile of scrap metal a week or two ago. I had no use for it and didn't think it was the sort of thing that anyone would need either as I've never heard of anyone breaking one (besides in front end car crashes which leave you with larger problems anyway).

 

I think that's just what went out on my car this morning. I'm NOT happy.

MSA has balancers as well. $50 shipped is hard to beat though

 

Well...It's either that, or my pulley separated. Haven't had a chance to get under there to look. The engine sounded like death...almost like I threw a rod, but when I saw the pulley at the main crank shaking like crazy, I shut it off and called AAA for a tow home.

 

Well... Mine didn't break like that. The rubber separated. Anyone have an intact spare?
